Picking the right guard
Two choices matter. Length is the span across your opening, measured between fence posts: 8', 10', 12' or 14'. Load rating is the heaviest axle that will cross it. HS20 covers loaded trucks and trailers and is what counties use, so it's the safe default. If you're unsure, the sizing guide and load ratings pages take about two minutes.
The price you see is the price you pay
Enter your ZIP on any product page and you'll see your freight zone and the dollar amount, before anything goes in a cart. Freight is a percentage of the order based on distance from Provo, from 6.5% nearby to 16% on the far coasts, plus a flat $125 drop-ship surcharge. That's the number checkout charges. The full zone map is on the delivery page.

Questions
Do I have to call anyone to order?
No. Pick your guard, enter your ZIP, and check out. If you'd rather talk it through, call (800) 555-0143 and a person answers.
How do I know the freight number is real?
It comes from Powder River's freight chart: a set percentage of your order by distance from Provo, Utah, plus a flat $125 drop-ship surcharge. Checkout charges exactly that, once.
How long until it arrives?
Guards are built to order, typically 1–2 weeks, then 1–7 business days in transit depending on distance. The carrier calls before delivery to set a window.
What do I need on delivery day?
A tractor, loader, forklift or telehandler that can lift the guard. The driver can't unload it, and no liftgate is big enough. Checkout asks you to confirm this.
What if it shows up damaged?
Note it on the delivery receipt before you sign, take a couple of photos, and call us. Freight claims are our job, not yours.
Do you install it?
No. We deliver. We do not install. The installation guide and free foundation drawings cover the dig and the concrete.
